Use the map above for a complete overview of the village of Tumon and to see where all hotels are located within Tumon.  If this is your first time vacationing on our beautiful island, we recommend you make reservations at a hotel located in the village of Tumon, which is the center of tourism on Guam.  Making a hotel reservation in Tumon will make your vacation in Guam a more pleasurable one.  Some tips and suggestions to keep in mind when choosing a hotel in Guam:

- The Pleasure Island District of Tumon is the absolute center of tourism on the island.  It is the grey shaded area on the right side of the map.  Pleasure Island is where most of the action takes places in Tumon.  There are many clubs, bars, restaurants and shopping around the area.  Staying at one of the hotels near the Pleasure Island area also makes walking more enjoyable, as you'll be close to everything.
- We recommend staying at one of the following hotels in or near Pleasure Island: Outrigger Hotel, Guam Reef Hotel, Guam Plaza Hotel, and Westin Resort.
- Pale San Vitores Road is the main road in Tumon, and it cuts through the entire village.  Almost all Guam hotels are situated along or near Pale San Vitores Road.  The road has sidewalks on both sides and makes walking the complete length of Tumon possible.  To walk the whole length of Tumon from the Hilton Resort and Spa to the Westin hotel will take about 1 hour walking at a comfortable pace and without stopping to sightsee.  If you plan on making stops or doing some window shopping add an extra 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- It is also possible to walk the whole length of Tumon along the beach of Tumon Bay.  Something enjoyable to do especially around sunset between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:30pm
